Loft rooms are the pride of The Folks Hotel Konepaja. The room height is extraordinary and the old red brick walls compliment the history of the Konepaja area.

To guarantee a good night’s sleep, the rooms are equipped with Tempur beds. Bathrobes, slippers, and a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine add extra comfort to your stay.

Loft rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel, with views of either the street or the Konepaja district. Accessible rooms are available upon request.

Some Loft rooms have a sofa bed, and the room can accommodate up to 4 guests. Room sizes range from approximately 23–28 square metres.

Excellent Staycation Spot!

We had a very pleasant stay at The Folks Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

A lovely, spacious hotel set in a former train repair dock — a really unique and characterful location. The interior strikes a great balance between boutique luxury and minimalistic Nordic design, which makes the whole place feel calm, stylish, and thoughtfully curated. The sauna is excellent, and breakfast was genuinely tasty, with a strong focus on healthy options like smoothies and overnight oats, which I really appreciated.

Fine cozy place and worth to stay.It is an excellent fine and nevertheless quiet place with so friendly staff. Very cozy rooms and interesting surroundings. Access to the city is easy by tram or bus. I enjoyed the sauna and the very relaxed atmosphere. Shops around the corner. I really can recommend this hotel.
